 We made sweet treats for my daughter's middle school team!

A Well Deserved Break!

Sorry for my absence!  Usually when I have a break from school, I try to make sure that I blog a bit!  However, these past 2 weeks I've been enjoying a lot of relaxing and spending time with my own kids!
But here's the fun stuff we were up to before we left for Winter break!  So first, we were busy getting ready for Christmas at school!  We tried to add in some fun Christmas activities for the kiddos, but still get all of our work done to end the quarter.  My students made these cute snowmen fingerprint ornaments...

I have to admit, I was a little nervous about how these would turn out.  But they did SUCH a good job on them!  They were super cute!

We also painted these adorable reindeer that I found on Pinterest (here) with our Art Mom, which is my mom!  

Our second grade classes also had fun with a classroom elf visiting our class the few weeks before break!
